What are my shipping options?
We do not expedite shipping to new customers.

What are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping cost is determined by weight, dimensions, and destination (per carrier rates). A handling fee applies: $3.00 domestic, $7.50 international.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are processed Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (MST). Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders must be received before 10:30am (MST) to ship the same day.

- UPS Ground: 1–7 business days

Must I meet a minimum order?
No minimum.
What is your return policy?
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Returns must include your invoice and the credit card for refund processing.
Do I need a tax ID # to place an order?
Outside of New Mexico or Arizona – No
Inside New Mexico or Arizona – Yes, only if you intend to avoid sales tax.
Do I need a reseller’s license?
No.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
May I place or pay for my order by phone?
Yes.
Do you accept checks?
Not at this time.
Is it possible to be billed later?
You may apply for a net 30-day open account via our eForm. Credit cards are billed when the order is packaged, not at placement.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in $10, $25, and $50 increments. Call 1-800-545-7968 to redeem.
Is it possible to cancel a web order?
Yes, by contacting our mail order staff. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the order has been pulled and boxed.
Catalog Inquiries
Is catalog merchandise priced for wholesale?
Yes. Our pricing is based on the quantity ordered.
Has my catalog been sent?
The most current catalog (2010) is no longer available. Please use our website for current pricing and stock.
What is your backorder policy?
We do not backorder items. Please reorder when back in stock.
Will I be notified of discontinued items?
Items marked with an asterisk (*) on your invoice are discontinued. No separate notice is sent.
How do I figure out the price of silver/gold?
Spot prices are listed on our website. Market-related items are priced by actual weight at the spot price when you order.
What is the difference between "Half-Hard" and "Dead Soft"?
"Half-Hard" is silver for wire wrapping. "Dead Soft" is used in heavier jewelry projects. Both are Sterling Silver (.925).
Will you cut my metal?
We allow 5 free cuts/coil per order. After that, a cutting fee of $20/hour (in 15-minute increments) applies.
